te reo Māori

CWA is committed to supporting the revitalisation of the Māori language through the creation of quality resources and online experiences. We have a dedicated Māori team, including an accredited translator, and offer a range of services in this area.

Our team works with leading agencies such as New Zealand's Te Taurawhiri i te Reo Māori (the Māori Language Commission) and key Māori stakeholders to provide quality assured facilitated online communities, learning materials, online search and discovery services and audience-centred experiences which respond to those living and working in a Maori medium world.

Our accredited te reo Māori translator's language expertise is regularly called upon by leading New Zealand organisations. CWA is also an active participant in a range of national and international indigenous people networks.

Our services include consultancy, facilitation and translation. Our skills incorporate documentary, video and web clips creation, digital learning objects and resources production, print, web and DVD authoring, facilitated video conferencing management, full web design and development services, and project management. We also provide bilingual Dublin Core standards-based metadata cataloguing and vocabulary creation.

Pasifika

CWA is equally committed to responding to the needs and interests of Pasifika audiences. We have developed online communities and networks that enable knowledge sharing and collaboration, as well as working with our clients and audiences to create Pacific language videos, web clips, digital learning objects and print, web and DVD-based resources. We also offer online search and discovery services.
